Banana Cake

2/3 C. Sugar
½ C. Sour cream
2 T. margarine, softened
2 Egg whites
2 Bananas, mashed
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 C. Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Soda

Beat sugar, sour cream, margarine and egg whites on low for 1 minute. Beat in bananas and vanilla. Mix together dry ingredients and to the mixture.
Bake at 375˚ for 20- 25 minutes.

Frosting:
3 oz. Cream cheese
1 T. Butter
1 ¼ C. powdered sugar
½ tsp. Vanilla
