Brown Sugar Meatloaf

1½ lb. Ground beef
1/2 C. Milk
1 Egg
1 ½ tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 sm. Onion- chopped
1/4 tsp. Ginger
3/4 C. Saltines-finely crushed

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and shape into a loaf and place on top of the brown sugar ketchup mixture.

1/3 C. Brown sugar
1/2 C. Ketchup
1/2 %T. Worcestshire
Mix brown sugar, ketchup, and worcestshire and put on bottom of loaf pan.

Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 ½ hours.
