Carrot Cake

2 C. Sugar
1 C. Applesauce
½ C. Oil
3 Eggs
2 C. Flour
1 tsp. Soda
1 tsp. Salt
3 C. Grated carrots

Cream sugar, applesauce, oil, and eggs together. Combine all dry ingredients together and add to the creamed mixture. Add the grated carrots. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Cool completely and then frost.

Frosting:
½ Cube Butter
3 oz. Cream cheese
½ tsp. Vanilla
½ pkg. Powdered sugar
