Sweet & Sour Chicken

3 lb. Chicken tenders or cut up chicken breasts
Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt.
Dip chicken in cornstarch and then in beaten egg.
Brown in oil until golden.
Place in shallow baking pan and cover with sauce.

Sauce:
1 1/2 C. Sugar
1 T. Cornstarch
1 C. Vinegar
1/2 C. Chicken broth
1/2 C. Ketchup
2 T. Soy sauce
2 tsp. Accent
Heat until thickened.

Bake uncovered at 325° for 1 hour. Turn chicken over after 30 minutes.
