Vegetable Salad

Cauliflower- chopped
Broccoli- chopped
Carrots- sliced
Peas

Dressing:
2 C. Mayo
1/4 C. Parmesan cheese
1/4 C. Sugar
2 T. Red wine vinegar

Mix together and put on vegetables. Refrigerate for a couple of hours. Sprinkle with shredded Monterey Jack just before serving.
