Boneless chicken breasts
Thinly sliced ham
Swiss cheese slices
Parmesan cheese croutons (grind in food processor)
Flour
Egg
Put slice of ham and cheese on chicken and roll up and hold with toothpick. For best results refrigerate rolled chicken over night. Remove from fridge and roll chicken in flour, then in beaten egg, then roll in croutons. Brown chicken in oil. Place in baking dish, cover with foil and bake in oven at 350° for 1 hour. Remove toothpick and spoon sauce over before serving.
Sauce:
1 can Cream of chicken soup
½ C. Sour cream
½ pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
thin with milk
Heat sauce and spoon over chicken (sauce serves 6)
